  • M&G purchased the freehold of this mixed-use block in Swanage town centre in 2017.
  • It comprises 12 apartments and a ground floor commercial unit let to WHSmith. At the time of purchase, all apartments were let on Assured Shorthold Tenancies.
  • We have worked to enhance the investment value of each apartment and have implemented a rolling sale programme throughout the course of our ownership. We have sensitively managed the tenants and have kept those who wish to remain in situ.
  • As of April 2021, one tenanted apartment remains for sale and is offered on a long leasehold basis (199 years) to investment buyers. Please contact M&G directly for further information.
  • Station Road itself has undergone recent public realm improvements, including a widening of the pavement directly outside of the ground floor commercial unit.
