Founded by Michael Jones in 1993, M&G has been the driving force behind the development of several hundred character homes across the south of England.
A solid reputation has been earned with land owners and property professionals that, together with an understanding of the challenges faced in the planning process, has enabled M&G to source and successfully promote many development opportunities. Experience across three decades has seen M&G promote and project manage development proposals ranging from one-off character homes to developments of 50+ dwellings on both greenfield and brownfield sites.
