- M&G are delighted to be working with Magna Housing Association to provide much need affordable housing in the District.
- Historically M&G have controlled this land and some 20 years ago we delivered the adjacent residential dwellings with frontage on to Cattistock Road. We are now working with Magna to obtain planning permission for a scheme of 14 houses on the land to the rear. All of the units will comprise affordable tenures.
- M&G understand how to collaborate with Housing Associations and forge successful partnerships. We recognise the value that affordable housing can bring to a site, both in social and commercial terms, and we know how to unlock it.
