  • Negotiated unconditional purchase of circa 1920’s residence in 1.5 acres with outstanding views across Poole Harbour to the Purbeck Hills.
  • Liaised closely with appointed architect to take full advantage of site features and arrive at a scheme for five large contemporary luxury apartments and one luxury two story contemporary dwelling.
  • Worked with specialist planning consultants to promote scheme, which was the first of its kind in the sensitive’s immediate surrounds.
  • Negotiated directly with the planning authority to agree S106 Contributions.
  • Agreed terms for sale of the site following successful planning outcome to a highly respect Surrey based developer of luxury homes.
